I can’t recommend Respire PT enough! I had a bad case of runner’s knee this past August, and was in denial about the fact that I might have to stop running for a while. Dr. Hoover very calmly explained how taking time off now and focusing on strength/flexibility would prevent worse damage from developing. He quickly found the weakness in my hip flexors that was causing the problem, provided some exercises I could do at home, and between that + the work we did together in Respire’s well-equipped gym, I’m already back to my usual running load just two months later! Worth the drive out to Arlington from Woodley Park, and would recommend to anyone who has a need for PT.
