Insurance We Accept

Respire Physical Therapy and our Physical Therapists are participating Providers with the insurance companies below. If your plan is not listed, please call us at the Falls Church Location at (703) 671-1871 or the Annandale Location at (571) 369-6728 to confirm if we are in or out of network with your insurance carrier. If we are not in network, but you have out of network benefits, we are still able to submit claims to your insurance.

Please note we offer a flat Self Pay rate for patients who do not have health insurance, no out of network benefits, or for patients who have run out of physical therapy benefits for the policy year. Respire Physical Therapy offers a flat Self Pay rate of $125 for the Initial Evaluation and $100.00 per Follow-up visit.
